FOLLOW YOUR ROCK FROM START TO FINISH!

Find your name under the town heading in which you placed
your order and see which step your rock is currently at:

"Ordered" - your custom rock order has been placed

"Graphics" - your rock design is being created and processed

"Production" - your rock is now in the final blasting phase and will then be hand-painted - it's almost done!

"Finished" - once all rocks under your town have been completed, a delivery date and time will be set-up.

NOTE: If your order is maked "FINISHED" wait until you receive
a call with details on where it is and when you can pick it up -
DO NOT JUST GO TO THE STORE WITHOUT VERIFICATION
THAT IT IS THERE - IT MAY NOT BE THERE!

If you are checking on the status of your rock order, please read the following:

You will receive a phone call when your rock is completed to set-up pick-up or delivery day and time, but rocks being delivered out of the Omaha area will all go in one delivery - in other words, rocks from your town will be delivered when all rocks from your town are completed.

If you are out-of-town and and your rock is completed, and you will be in the Omaha area, PLEASE CALL to let us know and we can arrange for you to pick up your rock while you are here!

We are a small, family owned business and understand the importance of having your gift rocks in time for special occasions and holidays! Please know that we are working as hard and as quickly as possible to assure that happens!
